We want you to love your Flexi Activewear as much as we do! If it doesn't fit quite right or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it. Lodge a return within 30 days of placing your order for a return or store credit.
Do I get a refund or store credit?
If you've purchased an item at:
FULL PRICE: Refund and Store credit available.
SALE / PROMOTION STOCK: Store credit only.
EXCHANGE: We issue Store Credits so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return.
Conditions for all return / store credit items
Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Not have been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way
How do I return a Flexi Lexi product?
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and items you want to return
- Send the packed items to the Sydney address we'll provide you
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Once your return is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).
*Please note all returns are sent back to our warehouse in Sydney, New South Wales.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
We're still a small business with big dreams so Flexi Lexi does not cover the cost of return postage or any insurance. We recommend using a postage provider with a tracking number when returning your item.
We cannot be held liable for garments that are lost or damaged in the return process.
What happens if you don't have the size or item I want to exchange for? Do you charge a restocking fee?
We will happily restock the item you want, free of charge! Provided the return or exchange meets all of the requirements.

We work hard to ensure all of our products are beautifully created to the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at with a description and any details and images of your product fault.
